Now repeat after me…

Okay, so obviously I’ve been M.I.A. lately. I’ve been fairly busy and haven’t had time to sit down and actually type out the posts that I have been kind of working on in my head. I thought I’d be able to bang one out last night but then it was suddenly 10 pm and I was tired and my bed was looking really, really good.

Like Will Demps good.

And y’all know how much I love to sleep so you can pretty much see who won that fight. Let’s just say I wouldn’t have bothered buying that fight on Pay-Per-View.

I think I may have even came up with a song about it. On second thought, it wasn’t a song but me saying hello to my bed, my pillow, the blankets and to sleep. Because these are real entities that are entitled to a polite greeting.

Now hear me out. I’m a visual-kinetic learner. I pick up on concepts a lot faster and easier when I see them and are shown how to do them, one of the reasons why I pick up sports so quickly [and why I didn’t pick up hockey because the motion of holding the stick and swinging just felt so unnatural to me]. Likewise, I do need to know and hear what things are supposed to sound like. Basically I’m a parrot. I will copy until I get it down.
